Tutorial #1
First tutorial :) Requested by
theheaven. Works best on images with pink/blue tones. Made with PS7. (Not translatable; uses selective coloring.)

1. Open your base.

2. Duplicate (Ctrl+J) your base twice. Set the first copy to Screen 10%, and the second to Soft Light 50%.

3. Create a new layer and fill with a soft beige (#F1EED8). Set it to Multiply 100%.

4. Create a new layer and fill with a dark blue (#162F4A). Set to Exclusion 25%.

5. Create a new layer and fill with a light blue (#D2EFEB). Set to Color Burn 100%.

6. Create a New Adjustment Layer --> Hue/Saturation.
Saturation: +15

7. Create a New Adjustment Layer --> Selective Color.
Reds: -100,0,+20,0
Neutrals: +40,0,-15,0

8. Paste this texture by

9. Create a new layer. Use a soft brush to make a red light blob. Set to Screen 100%.

10. Paste this texture by

11. Add text and brushes. I made mine a dark gray (#737373) and set them to Color Burn 100%.
